POZR AI ("POZR", "we", "our", or "us") provides AI-powered product imagery tooling for Shopify merchants. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect from merchants who install the POZR AI Shopify app, how we use it, and how long we keep it.
*.myshopify.com domain of the installing merchant).POZR AI does not collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information belonging to the merchant's customers. We do not receive customer names, emails, addresses, order data, or payment data. The app has no access to Shopify customer resources.
We use the collected data solely to provide the service: generating AI imagery for the merchant's own products, displaying those assets inside the app, applying selected assets back to the merchant's Shopify product listings (on explicit merchant action), and enforcing plan limits and billing.
When the app is uninstalled from a Shopify store, we immediately invalidate the store's sessions. Shopify then sends a shop/redact webhook approximately 48 hours later, at which point POZR permanently deletes all remaining data associated with that store — generation history, presets, usage records, subscription records, and the generated media stored in Supabase/S3.
The one exception is unused prepaid credits. A record of each credit pack you purchased and how many credits remain on it — your store's domain, the pack, the credit counts and the Shopify purchase reference, but no personal data — is kept for up to 12 months after uninstall so that your balance is restored if you reinstall POZR. It is deleted after that period.
Merchants can request deletion at any time before the 48-hour window by emailing us at the address below.
The POZR website (pozr.ai) uses the Meta Pixel (formerly Facebook Pixel), a tracking tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. When permitted by your cookie choice and regional settings, the Pixel may collect your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and whether you have a Facebook or Instagram account, in order to measure advertising effectiveness and reach relevant audiences on Meta's platforms.
The Meta Pixel runs on eligible public marketing pages. Private preview result links, authentication pages and the Shopify embedded app do not load the Pixel. We respect a declined cookie choice and Global Privacy Control.
We also use Meta's Conversions API to measure verified actions such as requesting a preview, authorizing the Shopify app, completing a first generation and activating a paid plan. Where marketing measurement is permitted, these events may be matched using browser identifiers, campaign labels, browser type and a hashed anonymous visitor identifier. We do not send store domains, email addresses or private preview links in these server events. Paid-plan activation does not represent a confirmed payment.
Anonymous browser matching data is retained for up to 90 days. A declined cookie choice removes its matching fields. Store deletion requests remove linked browser matching data and customer outcome records.
You can opt out of Meta's tracking at any time via Meta's Ad Preferences or by using a browser extension such as the Facebook Off-Facebook Activity tool. You may also opt out of interest-based advertising generally at optout.aboutads.info.
POZR uses the following third-party services to deliver the app: Shopify (platform), Supabase (database and storage), Amazon Web Services (storage and compute), Vercel (hosting), Meta Platforms (marketing analytics via the Meta Pixel and Conversions API), and the AI model providers we use for image generation. Each subprocessor receives only the data strictly needed to perform its function.
Shopify access tokens and session data are stored in an encrypted Postgres database. Access to production systems is restricted and transmission is secured via TLS.
Merchants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their stored data at any time. Shopify's standard GDPR compliance webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact) are implemented and honored.
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
